Installation of WooCommerce Powhouse Management
The user will obtain a zip file which he must download in the “Add new” Menu option in the WordPress administration panel.

After that, you will see an option at the top of your page which is “Download the plugin”Now click on the option to download the Zip file.
By clicking on the “Download the plugin” Option, below that you will see a button “Choose a file” Click on the button to browse the zip file depending on the instantaneous below.

After browsing the file, click on the “Install now” Button to install the plugin according to the snapshot.

Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin.
Now now click on “Activate the plugin” To activate the installed plugin.

Configuration and administration workflow
After the successful installation of the WooCommerce POS Warehouse Management plugin, the administrator configures it.
At the start, they sail towards Point of sale> Settings> Sleesh List Depending on the image below,

Here they get the Global warehouse configuration,,
- Select the type of threshold: Select the type of threshold for your system Based rack Or Quantity base.
Then the administrator navigates to Point of sale> Warehouse management To manage warehouses and see genealogy.

To add a new warehouse, the administrator typed on the Add a new button. Then they will be redirected to the page below,

They obtain the configurations below,
Add the warehouse
- Way name: Enter the name of the warehouse.
- Select the country of the warehouse: Enter the name of the country of the warehouse.
- Warehouse city: Fill the name of the warehouse city.
- Sleeping address: Add the full warehouse address.
- Select the socket: Select the point of sale (s) of points of sale to be associated with this warehouse.
- Select the State: Enter the name of the state.
- Warehouse postal code: Add the postal code for the warehouse.
- Low warehouse threshold: It determines the color of the rack according to its full or empty depending on a predefined quantity threshold.
Product configuration
- Warehouse hikes: Enter the number of lines.
- Warehouse columns: Enter the number of columns.
- Warehouse shelves: Enter the number of shelves.
- Warehouse racks: Enter the number of racks.
Once the fields are completed, the administrator hits on Save the warehouse And it will be added to the list of warehouses.
Sleeple management
To manage the warehouse, the administrator hovers on the name of the warehouse and type on Manage the warehouse.
They will first see a graphic representation of the particular warehouse according to the image below,

Here, the administrator checks the empty, semi-occupied and fully busy racks. Racks are coded in color depending on the amount of products.
They can zoom in, zoom in with their respective magnificent icons and refresh the racks from the refresh button.
Assign products to racks
To assign products and their quantities to racks, the administrator typed on a particular rack. Then a contextual window is displayed according to the image below,

Here, the administrator selects the product, between his quantity and the taps on the Allocate button to allocate it to this rack.
By following this process, the administrator can allocate products throughout the warehouse accordingly.
From now on, the next process is to allocate products to the outlet points of sale. To do this, the administrator is hitting the product button and the page below is displayed,

Here, the administrator can activate or deactivate the Point of sale warehouse status of Loose action. They can also check the image of the product, the name, the price and the stock of products for their respective columns.
To allocate a product to a POS socket, the administrator hits the location button. Then a contextual window is displayed below,

Here, they will check what is below,
- Location, including line, column, shelf and rack.
- Stock of sale available
- Available socket: Select the assigned socket to the warehouse.
- Assign actions for POS.
- Press the Assign to the output button to allocate the point of sale stock.
The administrator can see the genealogy of products by typing the dedicated Genealogy button.
From there, they can see the full warehouse network and identify the exact rack where the product has been allocated. It is displayed according to the image below,

The following actions can be carried out by the administrator from the genealogy section,
- Select the warehouse from the list.
- Select rack products in the warehouse
- Zoom or zoom in genealogy.
- Download the genealogy report to PDF format.
- See genealogy in horizontal or vertical views.
