User guide for WhatsApp WooCommerce command notifications

The user will obtain a zip file which he must download in the “Add new” Menu option in the WordPress administration panel.

To do this, connect to the WordPress administration panel then under the dashboard, fly over your mouse on the “Plugins” Menu option that highlights a submenu then select the “Add new” option.

After that, you will see an option at the top of your page which is “Download the plugin”Now click on the option to download the Zip file.

By clicking on the “Download the plugin” Option, below that you will see a button “Choose a file” Click on the button to browse the zip file depending on the instantaneous below.

After browsing the file, click on the “Install now” Button to install the plugin according to the snapshot.

Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin.

After the successful installation of the plugin, the administrator continues to configure it. They sail towards Webkul WC Addons> Whatsapp command notification. It is visible according to the image below,

Parameters

Here, the administrator configures the following fields,

• Environment – Select the environment live or test.
• Sid account – Enter the Twilio SID account.
• Token Auth – Enter the token Twilio Auth.
• Twilio Mobile No. – Enter the default Twilio Mobile number.
• Send a message to the administrator – Find out to activate or deactivate the sending of messages to the administrator.
• WhatsApp administration number – Field to enter the administrator’s WhatsApp number.

Once the parameter section has been configured, the administrator then configures WhatsApp message models. For that, they hit the Models button.

Here, the administrator can define the model for Order message Or Order state message.

• Order message – Define the model for the message that will be sent when the new order is placed.
• Order state message – Define the model for the message that will be sent when the order of the order changes.
