User Guide for Odoo POS Doctor Commission

You must install this module before using the Odoo POS Doctor commission.

1. Manage the doctor’s commissions without effort with a friendly menu of the Odoo POS Doctor Commission.
2. Configure the commissions quickly and effectively in the Odoo POS settings.
3. Automatically apply commissions to sales without manual intervention.
4. Calculate the commissions according to sales of individual products or the total value of the basket.

1. Once you have bought the application from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the Module zip deposit.
2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. Consequently, you will be able to see a file named- ‘Pos_doCtor_Commission‘
3. Copy and glue this folder inside your Odoo complementary modules path.
4. Now open the ODO application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on activating Developer mode.
5. Then open the applications menu and click ‘List of update modules.
6. In the search bar, delete all filters and search ‘Pos_doCtor_Commission‘
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install“To install it.

1. After having installed the Odoo POS Doctor Commission module, access the pharmacy> Commission> Commission> Doctor in Backend Odoo.

2. Activate “Doctor Commission in PO” and “Auto Apply Commission” in point of sale parameters at the request of an automatic commission to the commission of the doctor ODO POS.

3. Go to the pharmacy> Commission> Config commission to manage the commissions. Click New to create, name, activate and define its duration.

4. In the commission configuration, define the start date, the end date and select a rule based on the total amount or the products.

5. In the configuration of the commission, select the type of product to apply the doctor’s commission.

6. In commission lines, choose if you should apply the Commission to all specific products, categories or products. Then define the type of commission as fixed or based on the percentage.

7. Monitor the doctor’s commissions with details such as the doctor’s name, the date, the status and the amount of the commission to effectively follow payments.

8. See the detailed files of the Commission, including the identification of the Commission, the amount, the name of the doctor, the session session and the payment status to follow the payments.

9. In the Commission tab, manage the doctor’s commissions with complete billing and payment details. Easily follow the history of the commission and related transactions.

10. On the POS screen, users can select the doctor and the customer during a transaction.

11. On the POS payment screen, users can select a payment method and consult the doctor’s commission, guaranteeing transparent calculations.
