The Odoo Website Product Multi UOM module allows businesses to sell products in various units, such as kilograms, pieces, etc., providing customers with more flexibility.
This feature simplifies shopping by allowing customers to choose the unit that best suits their needs. Administrators can easily configure different UOM options for each product.
In the Odoo Website Product Multi UOM module, customers can select their preferred UOM during checkout, and the price will be automatically updated based on the selected unit.
- It offers different units (kg, grams, pieces, etc.) for the same product.
- Prices are automatically updated based on the selected UofM.
- Admin can easily configure multiple UOMs for each product.
- The administrator can decide which UOM options are visible to clients.
- Admin can create and assign custom UOMs (e.g. boxes or packs) for products.
- Once you purchase the application from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module zip deposit.
- Extract the file to your system once the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_website_multi_uom’
- Copy and paste this folder into your Odoo Add-ons Path.
- Now open the Odoo app and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Enable Developer mode.
- Then open the Applications menu and click ‘Update module list.’
- In the search bar, remove all filters and search for ‘wk_website_multi_uom’
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install‘ to install it.
- After installing the Odoo Website Product Multi UOM module, the admin can activate the Multi UdM Website backend functionality to display UOM options on the product page.
Go to Settings>>Website>>Shop -Products>>Enable Multi-Uom Website
2. Administrator can configure the Unit of measurement for each product and allow Visibility of the UdM website to display the UofM on the product page.

3. Admin can view and manage everything Categories of units of measurement from the backend and configure them according to your needs.

4. Admin can configure Unit of measurement (UdM) options for products, including assigning prices to each UOM and controlling their visibility on the website.

5. On the product page of the website, customers can see the available products Unit of measurement (UdM) options for the product.
