User Guide for Opencart Quick Print

Opencart Quick Print is an advanced yet user-friendly solution designed to streamline the printing process for e-commerce store administrators.

With this module, the admin can print order invoices and shipping labels directly from the Opencart admin panel, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free order processing flow.

Extract the contents of the zip folder received on your system based on your Opencart version. The extracted folder has administrator, catalog, picture, okmodAnd wtp files.

Now download it administrator, catalog, picture And wtp directories in the Opencart root directory as shown below in the snapshot.

Once you have downloaded the folders, log in to the administrator, then from the catalog section go to Extensions > Extensions Installer and download it XML deposit.

The XML file is located in the okmod folder under the module directory. In the ocmod folder, select the version of Opencart you are using and below you will find wtp.ocmod.xml deposit.

Now go to System -> Users -> User groups >> to modify ‘Administrator’ and choose to select all for both Access And Change permission for the authorization you wish to provide and to safeguard he.

To configure the module, go to Admin Dashboard >> Extension cords >> Extension cords >> Choose the extension type >> Modules.

Select the “Quick Print” module, and click on the To modify icon.

Here the administrator can configure the details, like status, domain and port, and select the system/printer.

Status: To activate or deactivate the system.

Domain: Add your website domain here.

Port: The port should be constant at 8000.

System: The system name will be generated automatically.

Printer: To select the desired printer from the list.

Once the setup is complete, the admin can print invoices and shipping labels for orders.

Go to Admin Dashboard >> Sales >> Orders and click See icon.

Click the icons at the top to print the order’s shipping label and invoice.

Admin can print bulk invoices and shipping labels directly from the order grid page. The administrator can check the command boxes and click on the corresponding icons.
