INTRODUCTION
The Chat d’Odoo Social Commerce allows companies to send customers directly via Facebook Messenger to their ODO website. Customers can communicate with you instantly by the cat rather than waiting for the answers by e-mail.
Odoo Social Commerce Cat helps companies provide real -time support, answer questions faster and establish better relationships with customers. With the Facebook Messenger chat icon on the Odoo website, visitors can connect to their Facebook accounts and chat instantly without leaving the site.
A messenger chat button has been added to the website, so that visitors can start an instantly conversation. Whether they need the product details, assistance with orders or requests for general information, they can say directly with the company via Messenger.

FACILITY
- Once you have bought the application from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the Module zip deposit.
- Extract the file on your system after download finishes. Consequently, you will be able to see a file named- ‘Facebook_Messenger_Chat ‘
- Copy and glue this folder inside your Odoo complementary modules path.
- Now open the ODO application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on activating Developer mode.
- Then open the applications menu and click ‘List of update modules.
- In the search bar, delete all filters and search ‘Facebook_Messenger_Chat‘
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install“To install it.
Workflow
- After installing the module, access the Settings website >> Website >> Facebook Messenger.
- After entering the Facebook ID, the user can see the Facebook button Messenger
3. After entering the details, a home page message and a messenger icon.

4. Click on the Messenger icon will open the cat page, allowing you to connect with people via the Odoo Social Commerce cat.

5. Cats will appear on the Odoo application page, where you can chat with our team for all requests.
