The Acceptance Module of the CS-Cart supplier order allows suppliers and administrators to examine and manage orders by accepting or canceling them.
The administrator can define a fixed execution period for all suppliers or define it individually for each supplier as required.
If the time given passes without treatment, the system automatically cancels the order using a queue manager or a cron.
Suppliers can monitor their time awarded, guaranteeing faster orders management and minimize delays.
E-mail notifications update customers, suppliers and administrators, ensuring gentle orders management.

After downloading the CS-Cart supplier’s order acceptance module, you will get the ZIP file of the installation program, a PDF and an Install.txt file.
Read the PDF carefully for configuration.
Go towards Additions ->> Additional downloaded modules And click on the settings icon, from here, you can manually install the Zip file as indicated below:
Now click on Local To browse the zip file. In addition, click on Download and install As indicated below in the snapshot:

The administrator can click on Parameters To deactivate, install or uninstall the extension, as indicated below:

Once you have installed and activated the acceptance module of the order of the CS-Cart supplier, you can start using it immediately.
Module configuration | Administer
When the administrator opens the addition of acceptance of the seller’s order, the General Parameters tab appears first.
Here, two shortcut links allow the administrator to quickly access the seller’s execution time and the seller’s command pages as indicated below:

When the administrator clicks on the first page option ‘Seller’s recovery time“They can see a list of sellers with specific recovery times.

The administrator can click on the Plus button in the upper right corner to define a specific execution time for any seller individually.
They can simply select the seller’s name from the drop -down list and define the order approval time in days to accept or cancel orders.

Administration Manage the seller’s orders
When the administrator selects the second page option Seller’s ordersThey are redirected to a page to examine the commands of the sellers as indicated below:

The administrator can select several orders of sellers placed by customers and mark them accepted or canceled.

The image above shows the administrator accepting several commands of sellers in one click, and the message of success accepted orders appears.
Likewise, the administrator can reject several sellers orders by selecting from the order list and mark them as canceled.
In addition, the administrator can accept or cancel orders directly from the default order details section in the CS-Cart backend.

Configuration of the settings tab
When the administrator selects the Settings tab, he can manage the default seller Recovery time, notifications by e-mailand the Queue.

Here, the administrator can define the default execution time in days to apply worldwide for all sellers to examine client orders.

The administrator can activate the notifications by e-mail to sellers, customers and administration to receive updates from the order state.
In addition, there is an option to receive e-mail alerts for the expiration of the recovery time, which can be sent both to the administrator and to customers.
You will find below the notification by e-mail sent to the Customer when the seller cancels the order instead of accepting it.

Queue
The administrator can use the File manager to automatically cancel orders which exceeds the execution time.
This saves time with bulk commands and automatically manages the expired orders in a timely time.

Note- Admin will first have to install the additional module of the queue manager to activate this feature of queue manager.

The owner of the store or the administrator will set up the Cron work. Just connect to the CPANEL account, then click CRON Job.
Command 1 ➤ BaseURL/admin.php?dispatch=wk_order_accept.tatexpiration
The CRON order above will check all customers’ orders and will filter those exceeding the execution time.
Command 2 ➤ BaseURL/index.php?dispatch=queue_handler.import_data"
The CRON order above automatically cancels the orders which have exceeded the execution time.
Sellers Management of orders
Sellers can navigate to the Orders -> Sellers’ commands Section to examine orders placed by customers.

There is a parameter button icon in front of each order placed by the Customer, allowing the seller to click and modify the order of the order to accept or cancel.
They may also see the execution period awarded by the administrator under the Seller’s recovery time section.

In addition, sellers can also accept or cancel orders directly from the default order details section in their CS-Cart seller panel.
